Shipping policy

Shipping Times and Policy.

Please understand that the shipping time does not include time to process and pack the order. Ounce your order is placed our time will pack and ship your order. we ship all orders within 1-3 business days from when you place your orders. Please keep in mind if we are running a huge holiday sale or a 4 day weekend might slow down orders shipping a little. We do not package  orders on U.S Holidays or if USPS, FED EX OR UPS are closed. We will send tracking information via email after you order is shipped. No tracking information will be sent until order is packed and picked up by shipping carrier.

Broken Items from Shipping.

We will replace all items broken during shipping with the same piece or a piece of equal value that the customer and us both agree upon. we must receive pictures and description of the broken item from order before a return package will be sent out. We will 100% replace all broken items from shipping so please do not worry. So Please be patient during the replacement process.
